A firm delivery date will be agreed when the order is placed - we have not yet missed a shipping date.

There will be times during the week when we are working away or in the forest and are unable to answer the phone. Please leave a message and we will try to come back to you before the end of the day, possibly in the evening.
Delivery
Each store is delivered on a pallet as a self-assembly kit complete with all fixings. The illustrated instructions are sent separately by email just before delivery.
Stores can be delivered to addresses anywhere in the British Isles. The prices quoted in this web site are for delivery to the core of mainland England and Wales. We can quote for the additional cost of delivery to other areas of Britain, including any of the islands.
We use Palletways as our carrier and arrange for them to contact you a day or so before the planned delivery date to make local arrangements for the timing of the delivery and obtain any specific directions for access. The vehicle will have a tail-lift to off-load the pallet and the driver can move it to a convenient location as long as it can be reached (on a smooth surface) by pallet truck.
If any visible damage has occurred on its way to you, please contact us immediately before unpacking and the pallet. We will arrange to rectify the damage.
Ordering and payment
When placing an order, we will request a postal address and telephone number for the invoice, a delivery address with its telephone number (if different from the invoice address) and your email address. We will then issue an invoice by email and provide details for making payment. All invoices will be in pounds sterling. Invoices can be settled either by credit or debit card or internet banking; whichever is most convenient for you.
The invoice for a Classic A log store or a made-to-measure store planned for delivery within three weeks of order will be for the full amount.
For a made-to-measure store on a longer delivery timescale, the first invoice will be for the deposit only. The acknowledgment email will confirm the full price, the dimensions and type of log store ordered and the promised delivery date. Three weeks before the planned delivery date, we will sent an invoice for the balance requesting payment ten working days before that delivery date.
Card payments are processed by WorldPay.
Refunds and cancellations
To date, we have had a very high level of customer satisfaction with our storage units.
However, if one of our Classic products fails to live up to the quality you expect when it is unpacked and assembled, contact us immediately and we will work out with you how to resolve the difficulty. If necessary, we will arrange for the product to be collected and provide you with a full refund. Please keep all of the packaging until you are happy with the product you receive.
All of our products are trial-erected and checked before dismantling, packing and shipment. If there is any shortcoming with a product that has been made especially for you, we will do whatever we can to rectify the problem.
Orders for stock Classic log stores can be cancelled up to four working days before delivery and a full refund provided. After that date, the log store will be on its way to you.
Orders for made-to-measure log stores can be cancelled only up to ten working days before the planned delivery date and a full refund will be provided. From that date, we will be manufacturing the log store specifically for you and no refunds will be provided.

By providing us with your information, you give us your consent to process it for the purposes outlined above.
